Information we collect
- Audit inputs — the URLs and domains you submit for SEO/performance audits, processed to produce your report.
- Account data — name, email and password when you register.
- Subscription & billing — plan and limited payment details (full card data stays with our payment processors, Stripe/PayPal).
- Technical data — device, browser and IP address via cookies.
How we use it (legal bases)
We process data to run audits and provide your account (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)), to secure and improve the service and prevent abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)), for optional marketing and non-essential cookies (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)), and to meet legal and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the platform — payment processors, and hosting, email and analytics services acting on our instructions — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data and object to certain processing. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
